The war changed the life of every Ukrainian.
Since the beginning of the full-scale war with the Russian Federation, more than 14.5 million citizens left Ukraine, of which at least 11.7 million people came to the countries of the European Union. In addition, there are 4.7 million internally displaced persons registered in Ukraine. Most of the refugees are women and children, while their husbands and fathers defend their country.
Approximately 300,000 people remain in the occupied territories, including children.
